MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept credit card payments and paylah. Paylah can be made to 91141120.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order summary via email.

Our Delivery Service Officer will contact you in the next Working Day. Your order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation call / email from our Delivery Service Officer.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As our food is freshly made-to-order, cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Otherwise, full payment will be charged. 

 

DELIVERY SERVICE
  • Free delivery with minimum purchase of $80
  • Fee of $20 applies for orders below $80
  • No minimum order for store pickup

(No delivery will be made outside mainland Singapore or to post office boxes)

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Your furry’s food will be cooked fresh on the day or the day before the delivery. 3 days advance notice is needed for preparation.

Tuesday - Friday
Between 6:00pm and 9:00pm*

Saturday
Between 10:30am and 1:00pm*

Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays
No Delivery

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY is from 20 - 30 December 2018 only. 

 

  • Working Day is defined as Tuesdays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
  • Expiry date as stipulated on the packaging is only valid for unopened product.
  • Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email from us.

 

REFUND POLICY

As our food is made fresh upon ordering and is perishable, we cannot accept any returns.
